Why am I only seeing black video?

The problem is likely with hardware acceleration in your flash video player. There is a bug that causes this problem on some systems. To disable flash video hardware acceleration please follow these steps.

Right-click in the middle of the video above (or on the on the video you’re having issues with)

Click Settings

Click the left-most tab

Uncheck the ‘Enable hardware acceleration’ checkbox to disable hardware acceleration.

Press the close button

Refresh the page

Why is the countdown timer wrong?

The countdown clock uses the system time and time zone on your local computer to know when to launch the live broadcast. If you are unable to see the live stream at a time we are broadcasting please check the system time and timezone in the control panel of your computer.
